Getting People to think about their business is perhaps the toughest challenge when designing an internet marketing campaign. The greatest value we can bring to the table to to help business owners and managers understand the potential they are missing by not exploiting some the better techniques that have been developed. These methods go beyond traditional SEO and butt heads with traditional marketing issues.
Here’s an example. We are working with a client that has a media transfer business. They primarily do transfers of old reel to reel tapes that many people still have in their attic, but can’t play because the machines are either broken or thrown away. The company often gets calls to do video transfers although they don’t perform this service. Now in our estimation the market for transferring video is much larger than the one for transferring audio. One SEO technique for his business would be to add an entire section to their website that offers this service to get traffic, and outsource the service if they want.
